XSB Consulting & Projects was established in 2017 as a wholly Black-owned consulting organization. Our key motivation emanates from recognition of the
need for businesses to adapt smoothly to the fast-paced business and regulatory changes which have significant impact on human capital management and skills
development processes in the workplace.
Equally important, is our passion to provide integrated, sustainable business solutions in the areas of transformation
such as Employment Equity and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment, in a manner that harmonises legislative compliance with positive business impact. Our

About the Founder a seasoned Human Resource Development Practitioner, Xolisa Boqwana boasts more than two decades experience at various in- dustries particularly
in the private sector. He is the former Group Talent Development Manager of one of the giant pharmaceutical companies, Aspen Pharmacare. While at Aspen, he also served a
the Senior Manager: Employment Equity.One of his great achievements at Aspen was his design and effective implementation
of Aspen’s Leadership Development Programme.
Prior to joining Aspen Pharmacare, he held senior various management positions in HR, Training & Development
and Transformation roles spanning different industries such as Mining, Manufacturing, Medical Insurance and Rail Engineering.
He was also the Chairperson
of Pharmaceutical and FMCG Chamber at Chemical Industry Education and Training Seta between 2013-2017. He was also elected as the Chairperson of the
Construction Materials Manufacturing Sub-sector Committee at Construction Seta between 2000-2001. Since 2013 to date Xolisa Boqwana has also been invited to
various Skills Development conferences as a speaker.He delivered papers on topics such as:
